C2I Commerce is committed to respect the 2016/679 dispositions of the European Regulation (General Regulation on the Personal Data Protection) regarding the process and the protection of your personal data.
Generally speaking, it is possible to visit the website without communicating any personal information. In any case, you are under no obligation to provide this information to C2I Commerce. The information collected from individuals through the website’s forms is used for internal purposes and to better meet your expectations.

Only C2I Commerce is the recipient of your personal information. This information, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors used by C2I Commerce. Neither C2I Commerce nor any of its subcontractors market the personal date of the website’s visitors and users.

RIGHT OF ACCESS
You have the right to access the personal information that concerns you.
However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the process of personal data, which is our responsibility, you are informed that your request will be processed if you can prove your identity, especially by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the case of a request via our dedicated electronic form), or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the case of a written request).
RIGHT TO RECTIFY DATA
Under this right, the law entitles you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of your data which may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or obsolete.
You can also define general and specific directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. If necessary, the heirs of a deceased individual can demand that the death of their relative be considered and/or that the necessary updates be made.

The exercise of the right is only possible in one of the following two situations:

If you consider that C2I Commerce is not complying its obligations regarding your personal information, you may submit a complaint or request to the competent authority in your country.
